How can managed service providers expand their IT capabilities internationally?

That’s the question that Smarter MSP recently posed to Kinettix Founder & CEO Chad Mattix in an Oct. 1 article titled “Ask An MSP Expert: How Can We Expand Our IT Business Internationally?”

Asked about options for expanding internationally, Mattix suggested looking at where your customers are expanding, rather than a country that you want to expand to. He also noted that while Canada and Western Europe have low barriers to entry, the largest markets for growth are China and India.

It is crucial to be able to build out the delivery of your service and establish that you can provide onsite service when your customer needs it.

Both of those countries have different currencies and cultures, and you really need to know the landscape in order to successfully launch there.
